When a debt-collection client uses our “Place Account” log-in button, we use the information about the client to send a confirmation of the placement. We also use the information to update our client activity log. We use the information given to us about a debtor company or individual only in the conduct of collecting a debt for a client. We may use this debtor information to send letters and/or emails or make telephone calls to the debtor company or individual to secure arrangements to pay the debt.

If you have sent us an online employment application, we will use the information you give us to evaluate your qualifications for employment and may call you or send you a letter based on that evaluation. Your application will be kept on file for one year.
